About Me
Vanessa Latimore Williams is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, CEO/Founder of Health Track Fitness and Wellness, LLC. She is passionate about her profession. She feels she was born to be a nurturer, and as a mother, a wife, and a healthcare provider, she feels it is her lot in life to give with compassion, love, and kindness. She feels it is important to support one in obtaining a healthy physical, mental, social, and aesthetically pleasing well-being. She is thankful to present this opportunity to the community. She looks through a prism of light to provide holistic care.
Vanessa's specialty includes: Primary care, Weight management, IV hydration and nutrients, Vitamins, and other injectables. She is a certified Botox aesthetic Including Prevention of Migraine head aches and Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) injections. She also provides Collagen PIN Microneedling Treatment and skin care rejuvenation.
Moreover, she has an established history as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, Orthopedic, Telemetry, Neurology, and Trauma. In addition,
Peri-Operative care and Recovery, including Minor surgeries, Minor procedures, including Endoscopic procedures: Bronchoscope, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and Colonoscopy. First Assist in Pain management/Epidural nerve blocks., She served eight years in the at Fort Bragg, NC, US Army as an Ear, Nose, and Throat /Head and Neck Technician-specialist, a First Assistant to the Otorhinolaryngologists in the operating room: Procedures included, but not limited to, rhinoplasties, septoplasties, blepharoplasties, as well as facial lifts, and for pediatrics, she assists with myogotomy with inner-ear tube placement.
All of these experiences she brings to the community to highlight the beautiful you inside and out.
